FURTHER INFORMATION
Guest access:
Entire house, sauna, heated outdoor hot tub (optional €150 extra), outdoor area, private forest with trails, parking on the access road.
Other important notes:
Steep driveway – house is on a hill, the access road is developed but requires some attention. We recommend the house for children from 5 years old, as the outdoor and indoor areas are not childproof.
Upon arrival, all beds are freshly made, and towels (including sauna towels) are ready.
The house has a photovoltaic system and a heat pump (on the sunbathing lawn). Occasionally, quiet operating noises may occur.
Other holiday accommodations are nearby. If there is ever any noise disturbance, we ask for immediate notification so that we can take care of it.
A table tennis table and a charcoal grill are available on request.

(The town of Heimbach is a state-recognized spa town. The town charges an accommodation tax, which must be paid in addition and is paid directly to the town.)
